7. Francis⁴ Kenner (Richard³, Richard², Richard¹) was born in St.Steph.'Par., Nrthmbld.Co. Va. December 18, 1681. Francis died 1728 in Nrthmbld.Co. Va., at age 46.

He married Hannah Howson 1706 in St.Steph. Par., Nrthmbld.Co. Va.. Hannah was born 1677 in Wicomico Par., Nrthmbld.Co. Va.. Hannah was the daughter of Leonard Howson and Elizabeth 'Betsy' Lee. Hannah died 1713 in St.Steph.'sPar, Nrthmbld.Co. Va., at age 36.

Francis Kenner and Hannah Howson had the following children:

10 i. Rodham⁵ Kenner was born in Cherry Point, Nrthmbld. Co.Va. September 28, 1707. Rodham died 1734 in Spottsylvania, Co., at age 26. He married Judith Beverley June 1, 1729 in Spottsylvania, Co. Va.. Judith was born October 25, 1710. Judith was the daughter of Francis Kenner and Hannah Howson. Judith died 1765 at age 54.

11 ii. Elizabeth Kenner was born in Cherry Point, Nrthmbld Co. Va. February 16, 1709/1710.

12 iii. Judith Beverley was born October 25, 1710. Judith died 1765 at age 54. She married Rodham Kenner June 1, 1729 in Spottsylvania, Co. Va.. Rodham was born September 28, 1707 in Cherry Point, Nrthmbld. Co.Va.. Rodham was the son of Francis Kenner and Hannah Howson. Rodham died 1734 in Spottsylvania, Co., at age 26.

+ 13 iv. Howson Kenner was born May 10, 1712.
