2. Joseph² Anderson (Joseph¹) was born August 22, 1852. Joseph died 1889 at age 36.

He married Rachel Foster March 11, 1878. Rachel was born February 2, 1858 in Pulaski Co., Ky.. Rachel was the daughter of John Foster and Mary "Margaret Ann" Stevens. Rachel died January 13, 1948 in Long Beach, England, California, USA, at age 89.

Joseph Anderson and Rachel Foster had the following children:

3 i. Dollie Mae³ Anderson was born in Kansas August 23, 1880. Dollie died March 28, 1963 in Baytown, Harris Co., Tex., at age 82. She married Fredrick 'Fred' Edwin Ramsey March 13, 1898. Fredrick was born November 14, 1872 in Lynn Co., Mo.. Fredrick was the son of James Richard 'Dick' Ramsey and Nancy Elizabeth Bryan. Fredrick died July 15, 1942 in Houston, Harris Co., Tex., at age 69. His body was interred date unknown White Cemetery. (See Fredrick 'Fred' Edwin Ramsey for the continuation of this line.)

4 ii. Minnie B. Anderson was born October 10, 1882. Minnie died September 18, 1883 at age unknown.

5 iii. Mary Renettie 'rea' Anderson was born August 15, 1892. Mary died October 2, 1958 in Long Beach, England, California, USA, at age 66.
